These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dbg33 platform. By registering an account or using any part of the dbg33 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and dbg33 (the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on dbg33, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. - You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has previously been closed or suspended by dbg33 for a violation of these Terms.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must be registered and operated by the named account holder exclusively.
- You must hold a valid payment method — such as a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, or a bank account with DBBL, City Bank, or BRAC Bank — registered in your own name for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.
dbg33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any point during the player's account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the dbg33 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials, including their username and password. dbg33 will never contact a player by any channel to request their password. Any activity recorded under a player's account, whether authorised by the player or not, is the responsibility of the registered account holder.
If a player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify dbg33 support immediately at [email protected] and change their password without delay. dbg33 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
dbg33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with any form of collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.
All financial transactions on the dbg33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. The current minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed within the player's account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's dbg33 wallet in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing time of the player's bank. dbg33 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the dbg33 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. dbg33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Where a bonus has been claimed, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the withdrawal can be processed. Players are advised to review the specific bonus terms applicable to any promotion before accepting it.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dbg33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.

The dbg33 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to dbg33. Unauthorised use of the dbg33 brand identity in any form — including on social media, third-party websites, or in any promotional material — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from dbg33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbg33 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
dbg33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that the service will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. In no event shall dbg33's total aggregate liability to any player — for any cause of action whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action — exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their dbg33 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dbg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by dbg33's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided by players in connection with their use of the dbg33 platform is governed by the dbg33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

dbg33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) dbg33 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) dbg33 is required to do so by applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
